MPR has designed and developed a number of products and product improvements to support the needs of our clients, including hardware and component assemblies, computer software and analysis programs, and specialty devices for unique applications. MPR has experience bringing products from conceptual design, thru prototyping, and to final production in an effective and efficient manner. MPR uses integrated design and modeling techniques with first principles knowledge of equipment and systems to minimize development and troubleshooting. • Hardware Products including control system components, mechanical systems and components, data acquisition and monitoring equipment, tooling devices, and testing/inspection equipment.

• Computer Software including computer programs and applications developed for engineering analysis (thermal, hydraulic and stress analysis) and modeling (controls and dynamic simulations) of systems and components, data acquisition, and database management.

• Specialty Products including unique repair designs for specific applications in the nuclear, fossil, marine, and pharmaceutical industries. Examples include the MPR Core Shroud Repair for BWRs, the U.S. Navy's DC-ARM Smart Valve, TMI Reactor Vessel Sample Extraction Device, and an apparatus for removing foreign matter from heat exchanger tubesheets.
